Personal Data Protection Policy

As an IT solutions provider, A&I System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") aims to grow both qualitatively and quantitatively as a company that can contribute to the society of Japan in the 21st century, and has put forth individual growth, the pursuit of creativity, and improving levels of customer satisfaction as management principles.

As a part of this, we are aware of the utmost importance of protecting personal information when handling the personal information of customers, have specified a Personal Data Protection Policy, and are striving to protect personal data that has been provided to us.

1. Collection, use and sharing of personal data

  • We recognize that personal data handled in our business activities (system integration services) is very important, and customers' personal data shall only be collected with the consent of the customer concerned, using legal and appropriate means.
  • The intended use and scope of sharing of collected data shall be clarified at the time said data is collected, and shall only be collected for said purposes and scope of sharing.
  • Personal data thus collected shall only be used and shared for the purposes for which prior consent has been given, and measures to ensure this are in place.

2. Proper management of personal data

  • Security measures are in place that take full account of various risks including unauthorized access to, as well as the loss, destruction, alteration and divulging of personal data. Furthermore, these measures shall be periodically reviewed and amended as necessary.
  • We will respond promptly to any request by a customer for the disclosure, correction or deletion of his or her own personal data

3. Compliance

  • The Company will abide by the laws, regulations, guidelines set by the national government and other norms regarding the protection of personal data.

4. Complaints and consultations regarding personal data

  • We have in place an information desk to respond to complaints or consultations regarding personal data, and responses can be obtained in a prompt, appropriate manner.

5. Ongoing improvements

  • We will properly maintain the system for protecting personal data, and carry out ongoing improvements to said system in accordance with changing circumstances, social trends in personal data protection and requests from customers.
